Nothing here is on a marketplace and nothing is sold twice unless you want it to be. Terms are quoted per beat, and the files and the signed agreement land the moment it is settled.

I've been making records since 1999. My BMI catalogue is 236 songs, published by my own company, Burn County Music, and 235 of them have me on as a writer. Nine of the records they're on went top ten on a chart, and in December 2025 one of them went gold.

Most of what's in this store came out of paid sessions. An artist brings a demo in, we work it up, I finish the track out, and then for one reason or another the record doesn't happen. The beat is done. It just sits. There are four to six hundred of them.

They're going up here rather than on a marketplace, where I'd be paying to advertise to somebody else's platform and standing in a row next to every other producer. These aren't $35 loops and I'm not going to sell them like they are. Most will go exclusive, one owner, and the beat comes off the site the day it sells.

The things everyone asks

When does the catalogue open?: Beats land as they're exported. Every one has to come up out of its session, get named and get bounced, and there are several hundred of them. Leave an address on the list and you'll know the day the first batch is up.
How fast do I get the files?: Immediately. Your download links and your signed licence agreement appear on the order page the second payment clears. Bookmark that page, or take the files there and then.
Are the beats sample free?: Some beats contain samples or loops that may need clearing with a third party. Buying a licence means you take responsibility for any clearance before a commercial release.
Where are you based?: Sand City Studio, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Beats ship worldwide the second you buy, so it makes no difference where you are.
